我认为我的这块表的表壳镀金镀的非常好，表带上的镀的薄，已经磨没了。而表壳还很好的。

 Roamer is a mid-to-low end brand, and has always been.  Like many of the Swiss brands they offer a quality product for a reasonable price, nothing special, just a good and honest brand.  A much more famous example is Tissot.  It's just a matter of business success for brands such as Roamer and Tissot, if Roamer had as much success as Tissot then today it will be much more well-known.  I don't think much more need to be said about Roamer, but obviously there are collectors out there that specialize in this brand.  If you are such a collector, you have my respect.  If not and you are just advertising for it for whatever reason, I don't think you should overstate the brand.
